FROM BRAND DESIGN TO UX DESIGN
At the tender age of 16, I was introduced to the captivating world of graphic design. I studied Social Work at the University of Lagos, but little did I know that my initial encounter with design would eventually lead me on an inspiring journey of self-discovery and professional growth. In 2020, I made a deliberate choice to transition into the world of product design and management.
With five years of experience in UI/UX and Product Design, I have designed and developed solutions across fintech, tourism, and electric mobility. My expertise spans branding, UI/UX, storytelling, and digital product strategy, helping businesses craft user-centric experiences that drive engagement and growth.
Currently, I serve as a Product Manager in the Tourism Business at Sterling Bank Nigeria, where I manage Torrista, a marketplace for tours, travel, and hospitality. With Torrista, we have built an ecosystem that simplifies travel planning by connecting vendors and travelers while integrating financial services like travel savings, loans, and insurance. Having moved beyond its MVP stage, the platform now provides seamless travel booking experiences, vendor services, and financial integrations, catering to solo travelers, families, and group tours.
Beyond my professional role, I have actively organized tours and fun activities through Torrista, leveraging my passion for adventure, travel, and recreation. My commitment to innovation and impactful projects was further highlighted through my active involvement in the QORAY Guinness World Record Attempt. I am driven by a passion for design, strategy, and user experience, continuously merging creativity with innovation to shape digital products that enhance everyday experiences.
