Raising the Queen
Esther shares her parenting journey in Raising the Queen by using short stories across the different phases of her daughter – newborn, infant, junior toddler and senior toddler. She shares personal and practical experiences from birthing her daughter to raising her alongside her husband and support system. These stories are inspired by God and filled with lessons and nuggets that people can apply to their personal and parenting life.
Visual Assets
I started by playing with colours, shapes, flowers and free hand illustrations to reflect playfulness and to create a relaxing atmosphere and came up with two options that was a hard pick we had to take out elements from the two covers to arrive at the final cover.
The Outcome
Print copies of the book got sold out in their hundreds and over a thousand e-copies of the book got sold out on Amazon.
